Prof. Xiaotie Deng
Xiaotie Deng is a chair professor of Center on Frontiers of Computing Studies, Peking University. Deng received his BSc from Tsinghua University, MSc from Chinese Academy of Sciences, and PhD from Stanford University. He has taught at Shanghai Jiaotong University of China, the University of Liverpool, City University of Hong Kong, and York University. He was an NSERC international fellow at Simon Fraser University. Deng's current research focuses on algorithmic game theory with applications to Internet economics. His work covers algorithmic game theory, online algorithms, parallel algorithms, and combinatorial optimization. He is an M.A.E., an ACM Fellow and an IEEE Fellow.

Prof. Jian Shen
Jian Shen is currently a professor at the School of Computer and Software in Nanjing University of Information Science and Technology, and serves as the academic leader of the team of Cloud Computing and Security and the Vice Dean of the graduate school. He is a Fellow of IET and an expert member of the Technical Committee on Security Protocols, Chinese Association for Cryptologic Research (TCSP-CACR). Over the recent years, he has hosted more than 4 national level projects. In 2019, he hosted the Natural Science Fund of China for Excellent Young Scholars. His research interests include information security, public-key cryptography, cloud computing and security, etc. He also serves as the editorial board member in many international journals, and the general chair and TPC chair in many international conferences. He has published more than 40 academic papers and most of his publications have appeared in some top-tier journals and magazines in the information security and cloud computing fields including IEEE TDSC, IEEE TIFS, IEEE IoT Journal, etc. He also received the best paper award of ACISP in 2019.

Dr. Butian Huang
Butian Huang, one of the founders of Yunphant Chain, Doctor of Computer Science at Zhejiang University, a member of Jiu San Society, Early Promoter of China's Block Chain Technology Research and Commercial Application, the first Member of the China Computer Federation Block Chain Committee, Deputy Director of the Institute of Digital Assets and Block Chain of Zhejiang University, Founder and Vice President of Zhejiang Block Chain Technology Application Association, the main initiator of IEEE Blockchain Hangzhou Working Group, vice-chairman of Hangzhou Future Science and Technology Kunpeng Enterprise Alliance and one of the drafters of the People's Bank of China's Financial Distributed Book Standard. His patent ranked ninth in the 2017 Global Block Chain Invention Patent Individual Ranking List and he is the Editor-in-Chief of "Decryption of Block Chain : Building the next Generation Internet Based on Credits".

Prof. Georgios Theodoropoulos
Georgios Theodoropoulos is a Chair Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at SUSTech, Shenzhen, China. He joined SUSTech from Durham University in the UK, where he was the Executive Director of the Institute of Advanced Research Computing and held a Chair in the School of Engineering and Computing Sciences. Prior to that he was a Senior Research Scientist with the IBM Research where he played a strategic role in the establishment of IBM’s Exascale Systems research roadmap for Europe at the company’s Smart City Technology Center in Dublin. He has held a honorary Chair at the Trinity College Dublin and senior posts at the Nanyang Technological University, Singapore and the University of Birmingham, UK. As a Director of one of the UK’s National e-Science Centres, he made strategic contributions to UK’s e-infrastructures programmes for physical and social sciences and humanities. He is a Chartered Engineer and holds a PhD from the University of Manchester in the UK, where he was mentored by Stephen Furber, the principal designer of the ARM processor that powers much of the world’s mobile computing and embedded systems today.

Prof. Dong Wang
Dong Wang, the deputy director of the Network and Information Center of State Grid Electronic Commerce Co., Ltd., the director of the Blockchain Technology Laboratory of State Grid Corporation of China, and the general manager of State Grid Blockchain Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd.
Dong Wang, born in May 1985, is a master, senior engineer, member of the National Blockchain and Distributed Accounting Technology Standardization Technical Committee, member of the State Grid Corporation of China Technical Standards Professional Working Group, member of the Blockchain Special Committee of the China Institute of Communications, Deputy Secretary-General of the Central Enterprise Blockchain Cooperation Innovation Platform, Chairman of the IEEE PES Power Information and Communication Blockchain Technology Subcommittee, and Expert of the Beijing Blockchain Special Class Smart City Group.
